Thank you for your comment. I’m glad you liked the post, and your sample box! I’m sure you’ll love the whole pig! I’m planning on ordering another half sometime this spring. That’s great to hear that Gelderman’s has clean facilities. Including that, I’ve heard many good things about them. I’d love to go check it out sometime. Maybe I’ll have the chance someday.

I recently came across Gelderman Farms website and I’m planning on ordering a whole pig. We did order a sample box and my husband said their facilities are the cleanest he has ever seen.
