That’s quite interesting, and to be honest, I’m not sure. How was your cortisol tested? In general, if you feel ok and are in good health, it might not be anything to be concerned about. That said, high cortisol when sleeping is a concern. Maybe it goes down before you sleep? At what time is it still high? I’m not a doctor, so a physician might be more appropriate to talk to about this.
